Hexaglobe becomes Hexalia, marking the convergence of broadcast and OTT under one integrated media platform

Hexaglobe, the media infrastructure company that has carried premium live and on-demand video across Europe for over 20 years, announces it is rebranding as Hexalia.

The name change reflects a shift already underway across the industry: the line between broadcast-grade reliability and OTT-grade flexibility no longer holds on the complex, end-to-end projects media organizations now run.

Where Hexaglobe stood for the operational backbone of streaming, Hexalia stands for the integrated service provider, one that brings signal, intelligence and audience together under a single operated layer.

This is not our first transition,Franck Coppola, Hexalia’s CEO said. “We helped our clients move from broadcast-led workflows to IP-native streaming, then from IP delivery to scaled OTT. Each shift redrew the operational picture, and each time our role was the same: absorb the complexity so our clients could stay focused on their audiences.”

The next shift is already underway: the integration of AI into every layer of the media chain, from production to discovery to delivery. Hexalia is the platform from which the company will navigate that transition with its clients, as it has navigated every one before it.

Hexalia remains 100% owned by Hexaglobe Group, alongside sister brands BBright and SGT. New transitions, but the same hands at the wheel. For our customers, it means continuity above all: the same teams, the same expertise, the same commitment, with a broader vision of what we can achieve together.

Hexalia will unveil the new brand at IBC, booth 2.B51.
